The game is 3D Dot Game Heroes, managing to be both retro and new at the same time this is an intriging title and at the moment it only seems set for release in japan.
I remember back in the day how much I used to love my SNES. It is a real shame that Nintendo arent really that interested in making a retro version. Anyways, here is a great look NES concept that is worth checking out from Behance.
