Mega Man 10 Soundtrack Not Coming to North America

Gaming fan? Then you are probably a fan of the music. You’ve probably caught yourself singing or humming some of the tunes you grew up playing. All of us can surely hum the sound tracks to Final Fantasy, Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Brothers, and some of our other favorites. Considering the time we put into the game, it’s not a big surprise. Game soundtracks are huge in Japan, and in North America they definitely have their niche. Unfortunately that niche is typically not big enough to warrant a release on our shores forcing many of us to import the CD just so we can connect with the music even without playing the game.

Specialty gaming shops, online shopping sites, and game company sites can offer you the chance to pick up the soundtrack, but for a much higher price. So it comes as no surprise when it was stated that the Mega Man 10 soundtrack would most likely not hit American shores. Fans will have to look elsewhere to pick up this treasure. The soundtrack is set to be released ($27.50) with a ton of bonuses from the developers, a 12-page color booklet, and those that pre-order will benefit from having that same album remixed on a second CD.

The soundtrack is already highly anticipated as players of Mega Man 9 prepare for an equally impressive soundtrack that will set the experience. So get in line fanboy and start pre-ordering your copy and let us know what you think of the bonuses.
