According to Joystiq the Playsation Home director Jack Buser has confirmed that the number of users frequenting the service has risen to 12 Million.

Buser went to on to elaborate that the statistics are based on users who create an account and return once more. He further went on to explain that the average home user stays online for at least an hour a session.

The GDC talk was directed at potential developers for the social network, stating “You’re going to see us really embrace this idea of total game integration” to “really extend out the experience of your games.
