Despite some between the line messages seeming to imply Electronic Arts would not distribute Green Day: Rock Band, including the fact that the game was not included among EA’s upcoming key releases as well as a conference call with John Riccitelo citing a disagreement, an Harmonix representative has announced the game is still being distributed by Electrionic Arts.

The statement, via Gaming Target, was as follows:
