There are to be quite a few top notch actors doing the voice overs for the upcoming game Modern Warfare 2. The first game was renowned for the quality and realness of the voice over (although the British accent was a little forced and stereotypical). Now, there will be an all star cast for the second installment in the series.

Speaking via his Twitter, the community manager Robert Bowling announced some of the cast. These will include Trainspotting actor Kevin McKidd, Barry Pepper of Saving Private Ryan fame, Keith ‘The Arbiter’ David and Glenn Morshower/Aaron Pierce from 24. Also, Craig Fairbass who played the role of GAZ in the last game will return. However, I doubt he’ll be playing his previous character as Gaz is…well…dead. (Sorry to anyone who has not yet completed Modern Warfare One).

This game has a huge budget of millions and surely it will impress when it hits the shelves in the final quarter of 2009. If I was you I’d per-order a copy no so you’re guaranteed to get one on the day. This will be a sell-out game.
